• Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

Guests who stay beyond their designated check-out time or delay our cleaning staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

• Guests are not allowed to make reservations with TT Living within their city of residence.

Please contact us if you wish to book within your own city.

• Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited, including on balconies and in shared spaces.

Violations of the smoking policy will result in a €250 fee plus any additional costs for special cleaning and damage repairs.

• Commercial photography/videography without written consent and any illegal activities are strictly forbidden.

• Overnight guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not allowed. A fee of €30 per night per unauthorized guest will be charged.

• Pets are not permitted. Violations of our pet policy may result in a fine.

• Guests with service animals are kindly requested to contact us prior to their stay.

• Guests are responsible and liable for the replacement costs of lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits. Noise detection technology may be installed in the apartment to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be used in outdoor areas.

• Guests are fully responsible for any damage, injuries, or loss that occurs on the premises and its facilities. All damages must be reported to customer service.

• Booking a reservation signifies agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses.

• Failure to follow the house rules may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without a refund.
